Inspect engine per Maintenance Manual: (Line Maintenance) for Rotax Engine Type 912 i Series

Apply conductive grease to the ignition coil packs. (Grease Coil Pack Connections)

Inspect engine mount for wear, cracking, missing paint, general condition. (Inspect Engine Mount)

Check engine mount attachments (10 places) are secure. (Inspect Engine Mount)

Check for oil leaks from line fittings and oil tank drain valve.

Check firewall for condition and coverage (gaps between airframe and firewall)

Check oil tank/mounting brackets for security

Inspect oil cooler and radiator for leaks and condition (Oil Cooler and Radiator Condition Inspection)

Inspect throttle control for proper travel and security (Inspect Throttle Control for Proper Travel and Security)

Check exhaust system for attachment, cracks, general condition

Check cowling for cracks and condition and security of fasteners. (Install Engine Cowlings)

Check security and condition of engine grounding wires

Check/clean air filter

Inspect Sensenich propeller/hub per the latest Revision of Sensenich 3B0R5 Installation Instructions, verify that hardware is secure

Inspect fan and Sensenich propeller extension, verify that hardware is secure
16
Remove spinner dome (Remove Spinner Dome of Sensenich propeller)
17
Check torque of Sensenich propeller bolts per latest revision of Sensenich 3B0R5 Installation Instructions
18
Reinstall spinner dome (Install Spinner Dome of Sensenich propeller)
19
Inspect E-props propeller, tighten screws, and perform a blade adjustment. See E-Props Propellers Instructions Manual, HEP-GAP-V20-230203-EN
