Use this procedure to remove the Low Fuel Level Sensor.

Task Instructions
1. Defuel fuel tank completely. (See Pump Usable Fuel From Fuel Tank.)
2. Remove baggage panels, copilot seat closeout, and copilot seat back. (See Cockpit Panels Removal and Installation.)
3. Disconnect low level sensor connector from D9038P.
a. If required to gain access, remove self-locking nut from both fuel tank strap T-bolt shanks located at FWD end of fuel tank. (Figure 347)
Note: 
Track the quantity of washers installed under each self-locking nut. Mark and retain.
b. Remove zip ties as required to free low-level sensor wire and connector.
c. If required, lift forward end of fuel tank to gain access to low level sensor.
4. Remove sensor from tank.
Verification Method
The task is complete when the low fuel level sensor has been removed.
